HOW DO I KNOW I AM BUYING FROM A REPUTABLE WEBSITE?
TheLatestTrend.com is owned and operated by experienced jewelry professionals from Northern California. Our office and distribution facility is located in Stockton, California. Our staff will be happy to assist you Monday through Friday (9-5 PST). We also have a retail store in a separate location which was founded in 1994.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major US credit cards. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. We retain the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or suspect. We will report fraudulent transactions to the proper authorities. Your credit card will be charged when your order is ready to ship. Your credit card receipt will show your purchase charged to "Italiancharms".
DO YOU USE A SECURE SERVER TO PROTECT MY CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION SUCH AS MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER?
When you place your order with us, you will be using our secure server. Our secure server software encrypts all of the personal information you submit to us. This helps to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
In the rare event that product availability changes before we have an opportunity to update our website, there is a possibility that some products may be unavailable. We will make every effort to fulfill your order, but if we cannot, we will promptly contact you via email or by phone to offer you an alternative product.
PRICING & PRODUCT INFORMATION
While our goal is a 100% error-free Site, we do not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order. TheLatestTrend reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).
HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU SHIP OUT MY ORDER?
Most orders are shipped within two to three business days Monday through Friday. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. We will contact you promptly via email regarding credit card problems, items being out of stock, and address verification questions.

If you prefer expedited shipping, we offer UPS 3rd Day, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Overnight delivery for an additional charge. Please see below for UPS Expited shipping.
U.S Postal Service - Priority Mail
Shipping is through U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Priority Mail generally takes three to five days, plus processing time, for delivery. The chart below will give you an idea for delivery time from California. Please note that delivery can take longer due to inclement weather or during the busy holiday season.

UPS Overnight, 2nd Day or 3 Day Delivery
UPS 3 Day, Second Day and Overnight shipping are available for an additional charge for delivery Monday through Friday.


*The shipping prices given are an estimate based on the UPS default weight of 1 pound to your zipcode. Your actual shipping cost may vary. The actual shipping charge will be shown at checkout.

Orders must be placed before 11:45 AM PST to be processed on the same business day Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11:45 AM PST on Friday and weekends will be processed on Monday or the next business day in event of a holiday.

If you select UPS for your order and it is received prior to 11:45 AM PST, your ordered will be shipped the same business day. We are sorry but Saturday delivery is unavailable for UPS deliveries. If you request UPS 2nd Day delivery and your order is shipped on Thursday, you will receive it on Monday. A UPS overnight delivery shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. A UPS 3 Day order shipped on Wednesday will be delivered on Monday (not Saturday). If there is a holiday, your order will be delivered on the next UPS business day.

UPS does not count the day your order was picked up. Second and third day delivery begins with the day AFTER your order was picked up.

UPS will deliver packages up to 8:00 PM in residential areas. We are not responsible for inclement weather situations that may occur if your delivery is late. There will be a surcharge if the address you entered is incorrect causing your UPS package to be redirected. On our checkout page, please select UPS expedited shipping if desired.


International Shipping & Customs
International shipping via U.S. Airmail and could take three weeks. If you prefer faster delivery U.S. Priority International Mail is available. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain countries.

TheLatestTrend is not responsible for import fees or taxes levied by your country of entry. It is the customer's responsiblity to pay for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges required by the country of entry. TheLatestTrend.com. is not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left the United States. Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by TheLatestTrend. When the returned merchandise is received by us, your credit account will be credited for the merchandise only. If you have questions regarding customs or duties charges and procedures in your country, please check with your customs office prior to placing your order. Once your order has left the United State, we cannot effectively track it any longer. We are not responsible for any delays due to Customs. Should your package not arrive in time, we reserve the right to wait 6 weeks from the ship date before refunding your money.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
Yes, we ship internationally and you have two choices for delivery. International shipping via U.S. Airmail starts at $12.00 and could take three weeks. If you prefer faster delivery U.S. Priority International Mail is available starting at $25.00. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain countries.

Your exchange must be sent in appropriate packaging and received by us within 10 days from when your exchange authorization number was issued. We are not responsible for items that are not received by us. Contact us by email with your order number and reason for exchange. Provide us with the description and item number that you would like in exchange. We will email you an exchange authorization code along with instructions for sending back your merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are not received by us. Your exchange must received by us within 10 days from when your return authorization number was issued. Shipping cost is not refundable. Please allow five to seven days business days for exchanges. Final sale items are not exchangeable or returnable. Due to sanitary concerns, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on earrings. Special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges and returns due to excessive patterns in returning or exchanging merchandise.
